etc.venues is in Manchester’s Piccadilly district is at the centre of a transport hub within easy access of mainline and tram stations (in fact the tram stops right outside our door!). Once inside take a minute to take in the views over this energetic city from the venue’s 8th floor location. Our 15 rooms of various sizes including a self contained event wing, along with smaller rooms and suites make the venue ideal for a range of meeting and training events.
The venue reflects this vibrant city, with colourful furnishings and eclectic artwork that inspires throughout. Speaking of inspiring, as with all our venues, our food is freshly prepared by our in-house chefs who develop menus that fuel your day and keep you satisfied.
A two course, cooked lunch is provided. Please inform us (in advance) of any special dietary requirements.

The venue is conveniently located close to mainline stations, tram and bus links.
By Train: Manchester Piccadilly station (approx. 5 min walk)
Exit the station toward Piccadilly. Once outside walk across the silver arched pedestrian bridge following the pavement down to street level keeping the Doubletree hotel to your right. Cross over Ducie Street and up Aytoun Street following the tram tracks slightly uphill keeping and passing the Holiday Inn on your right.
At the Junction with Portland Street cross Aytoun Street and the entrance to 11 Portland Street is directly in front of you. We are on the 8th floor.
By Train: Manchester Victoria station
This is a 15 minute walk so we would recommend that you take the Metrolink tram in the direction of Piccadilly. Alight at Piccadilly Gardens. Cross over the road towards the Slug and Lettuce so it is facing you, turn left and walk to the end of the street, the entrance is on this corner where Portland Street meets Aytoun Street.
By Bus and Tram; Piccadilly Gardens (approx. 2 minutes walk)
This is a main transport hub for Metrolink trams and buses and is a 2 minute walk from the venue.
There is a Pay and Display NCP Car Park on Chorlton Street, in which the venue works in partnership with to offer a reduced parking rate. Spaces are also pre-bookable – please contact the venue direct for more details.
