Professional Coaching
What is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership between a coach and a client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaches honour their clients as the experts in their life and work. They believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole, nothing is broken and nothing needs fixing. Standing on this foundation, the coach’s responsibilities are to:
-
Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve
-
Encourage client self-discovery
-
Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies
-
Hold the client responsible and accountable.
Coaching is particularly and increasingly important in today’s uncertain and complex world. It helps clients unlock their potential, build their leadership skills and dramatically improve their outlook on work and life. Our approach to coaching is grounded in models that support personal (life) and executive coaching, as well as Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) for teams.
