The Challenge: a formidable undertaking

Despite early successes in adopting agile approaches with support from Beliminal, Vodafone faced the task of not just implementing these practices but growing them sustainably. This meant evolving their agile culture in a way that would both endure and thrive.

Our Approach

We worked closely with Vodafone to cultivate a world-class community of change agents that would push the boundaries of what was possible. These change agents, selected for their potential and enthusiasm, would undergo training and coaching with Beliminal to become Certified Scrum Professionals. We provided comprehensive workshops, reflective practices and mentoring sessions that created a strong sense of community and collective growth.

The Results

This newfound proficiency was highlighted when the COVID-19 pandemic hit and Vodafone’s agile teams adapted swiftly to remote working.

Cultural Transformation

For example, members of the team trained by Beliminal defined, owned and delivered training programmes, not only garnering outstanding feedback but also significantly enhancing the agile training model. The training programme embodied Vodafone’s new ways of working, leading with a hands-on, interactive style that resonated with participants.
