GENERAL QUERIES

ARE THE COURSES CERTIFIED OR NON-CERTIFIED?
We offer both certified and non-certified courses. Please refer to the course description to make sure the course meets your certification needs. Our courses can be viewed here.
DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE COURSES?
Yes, we offer private courses, these can be virtual or in-person please contact us at training@beliminal.com to discuss further.
DO YOU OFFER LIVE ONLINE AND IN-PERSON COURSES?
Yes, we offer both trainer-led live online and in-person for both our public courses and for private courses too. Our public live online and in-person course schedule can be viewed here.
ARE THE VIRTUAL COURSES LIVE ONLINE WITH A TRAINER OR PRE-RECORDED CONTENT?
All our virtual courses are trainer-led, live online courses allowing for real-time interaction with the trainer, none of our course content is pre-recorded.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR IN-PERSON TRAINING COURSES?
There is no special dress code required for the in-person training but our courses are very interactive, you will be moving around and taking part in group work and immersive learning activities. As such please wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Casual clothing is fine.
PAYMENT QUERIES
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Amex. We also accept payment via invoice and bank transfer.
CAN I PAY VIA INVOICE?
Yes, you can pay via invoice. During the Checkout, under the Payment details section use the drop-down menu Payment method to select Invoice. If necessary, please forward the invoice to your finance department for payment.
If you require further information to add Beliminal to your supplier list please send any required forms to training@beliminal.com.
CAN I ADD A PO NUMBER TO MY PAYMENT?
Yes, if you require a PO number to be added to your invoice as part of your procurement procedure you can do this during the Checkout, under the Payment details section use the Purchase Order No. if applicable field to add your PO number.
TRAINING DISCOUNT QUERIES
DO YOU OFFER TRAINING DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we offer group discounts on 3 or more bookings from the same company, booked at the same time. If you are booking more than 10 places you might be interested in our Training Passport packages.

WHAT IS EARLY BIRD PRICING?
Early bird pricing is a discount available on some of our public training courses booked in advance. To qualify the booking must occur within the early bird period.
TRANSFER AND CANCELLATION QUERIES
I NEED TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER COURSE
Not a problem, we have a flexible policy regarding transfers, please see Section 8 of our T&Cs for further details. Please contact us at training@beliminal.com to discuss the details.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY COURSE
Sorry to hear that you have to cancel your course booking, if transferring is not an option please refer to Section 8 of our T&Cs, which outlines our cancellation policy. Please contact us at training@beliminal.com to help you with the cancellation.
PRE-COURSE QUERIES
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY COURSE JOINING INSTRUCTIONS, WHAT DO I DO?
The course joining instructions are sent out automatically upon receipt of payment. In the first instance please check with your finance department about the payment status. Please then contact us at training@beliminal.com to investigate further.
I CAN’T LOG ON TO BELIMINAL MOODLE, THE ON-LINE LEARNING PLATFORM
Please ensure that you have followed the 3 steps described in the course joining instructions:
1. Create a new account in Moodle
2. Log into Moodle
3. Enrol on your course
If you are still experiencing problems logging on, please contact us at training@beliminal.com.
I GET WRONG ENROLLMENT KEY MESSAGE WHEN ENROLLING IN BELIMINAL MOODLE
If you are using the copy and paste functionality to copy the enrollment key, please ensure that you have not added an extra space at the end of the enrollment key. The enrollment key can be found in your course joining instructions. Please do not hesitate to contact us at training@beliminal.com if you are still experiencing problems.
I NEED TO LEAVE EARLY ON ONE OF THE COURSE DAYS
The Scrum Alliance are very strict about minimum instructor contact times however if you have any problems with timings, please contact us before the start of the course to discuss at training@beliminal.com.

HOW DO I REGISTER MY CPD POINTS?
Please follow the link to join https://www.cpdinstitute.org/. To claim your free membership please use code B50268.
Please note: the code will remove all payments, but you will still need to enter your card details to go through to the signing process. Your card will not be charged, and there are no recurring payments. When it’s time to renew, you will receive an email notification with a link to pay your renewal membership fee.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY CPD CERTIFICATE?
You should receive your CPD certificate within 24 hours of the course finishing, please check your junk folder and then contact us at training@beliminal.com.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY WELCOME EMAIL FROM THE SCRUM ALLIANCE?
You should receive your registration email from the Scrum Alliance within 24 hours of the course finishing, please check your junk folder and then contact support@scrumalliance.org.
SCRUM ALLIANCE CSM® EXAM QUERIES
ENGLISH IS NOT MY FIRST LANGUAGE, CAN I SIT THE SCRUM ALLIANCE CSM® EXAM IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE?
Yes, in addition to English, the Scrum Alliance CSM® test is available to be taken in Spanish (Castilian), Portuguese, French, Italian, Latin American Spanish, German, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Danish, Czech, Polish, and Russian.
CAN I TAKE THE SCRUM ALLIANCE CSM® TEST WITHOUT ATTENDING CSM® TRAINING?
No, you cannot take the Scrum Alliance CSM® exam without attending the CSM® training course which must be led by a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®).
WHAT DOES THE SCRUM ALLIANCE CSM® TEST CONSIST OF?
It consists of 50 multiple-choice questions developed to test your knowledge of the scrum framework and CSM® learning objectives. A passing score of 74% or higher is required, you have two attempts when taken within the first 90 days after your course finishes. You have one hour to complete the test.
CAN I REQUEST MORE TIME THAN THE ONE HOUR ALLOCATED TIME FOR THE EXAM?
Yes, this can be requested by contacting support@scrumalliance.org. This must be done once you have received your welcome email from the Scrum Alliance and not before.
IS THE SCRUM ALLIANCE CSM® EXAM FEE INCLUDED IN THE COURSE FEE?
Yes, two exam attempts are included in the cost of your course registration when taken within the first 90 days after your course finishes.
