On our future-ready Scrum Alliance ACSPO training, you’ll explore the evolving role of product leadership in an increasingly complex, AI-enabled product development landscape. You’ll learn how to navigate uncertainty, apply lean principles, and focus your personal growth on the skills needed for modern, outcome-driven product ownership.

The course introduces a range of advanced and AI-assisted tools across stakeholder engagement, facilitation, collaboration, scaling, product validation, and advanced backlog management. You’ll also learn how to responsibly use AI during product discovery and strategy leveraging tools such as ChatGPT and other accessible AI platforms to analyse market opportunities, clarify product direction, identify stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and accelerate insight generation.

The workshop is highly interactive, combining hands-on exercises, real-world examples, and lively discussion. It will push you, challenge your thinking, and stretch your perspective on what effective product leadership looks like today. Lasting learning comes from application and reflection, so after the workshop you’ll have access to an online coaching session to reflect on how you’re applying both traditional and AI-enabled techniques in your own product context helping you become a confident, future-ready Product Owner.
