Our Certified Facilitator course is for anyone interested in developing their facilitation mindset and knowledge, while learning from experienced agile facilitators.
It will assist you to grow your career with impactful facilitation skills and enhance your ability to support groups of people as they collaborate, create, and make decisions towards a shared goal.
By the end of the course, you’ll be ready to:
- Define and embody effective facilitation, knowing when to adopt the facilitative stance and how to facilitate from the front, side, back, and inside
- Design and contract for purposeful sessions, working ethically with stakeholders to create facilitation for team forming, conflict, psychological safety, agreements, and other contexts
- Create and sustain psychological safety, fostering inclusive participation and repairing safety when it is disrupted
- Read and work with group dynamics, assessing environmental factors, group norms, and holding the group’s agenda throughout a session
- Facilitate skillfully in real time, using presence, deep listening, powerful questions, feedback, and emotional intelligence
- Work constructively with challenge and conflict, integrating reflection to continuously develop your facilitation practice
- Grow further with a free one to one coaching session
